The ABB RD3-48 is an electronic residual current relay designed to provide residual current protection and monitoring functions in industrial installations. It can be used in conjunction with all MCBs of the S200 series and Tmax range molded case devices up to T5. Key features include:

	•	Adjustable Tripping Threshold (IΔn): Settings ranging from 30mA to 30A, allowing customization based on specific protection requirements.
	•	Adjustable Tripping Time (Δt): Configurable from instantaneous (0s) up to 10 seconds, enabling coordination with other protective devices.
	•	Mounting Type: DIN-Rail, facilitating easy installation in standard electrical enclosures.
	•	Number of Contacts: 2, with 1 changeover contact (CO) for integration into control circuits.
	•	Power Loss: 0.6W, ensuring energy-efficient operation.
