XPCs Moeller - SWIRE-DIL - SmartWire-DT Coupling Module for DILM Contactors

The Moeller SWIRE-DIL is a SmartWire-DT coupling module designed to interface directly with Eaton’s DILM series contactors, ranging from DILM to DILM. This module facilitates seamless integration into the SmartWire-DT communication system, enhancing control and monitoring capabilities within industrial automation setups. Key features include:

• Compatibility: Designed for direct mounting on DILM to DILM contactors, as well as DILA relays and DIMP devices.  

• SmartWire-DT Integration: Enables connection to the SmartWire-DT gateway, allowing for streamlined communication and reduced wiring complexity.  

• Digital Input: Equipped with one digital input for potential-free contacts, facilitating additional control or monitoring functions.  

• Contactor Status Signaling: Provides feedback on the contactor’s switching position, enhancing system diagnostics and operational transparency.  

• System Capacity: Supports up to SmartWire-DT modules per chain, allowing for scalable system expansion.  

• Installation Notes:

• Ensure the maximum current consumption of the contactor coils is considered within the SmartWire-DT chain.

• The A connection of the contactors should not be bridged.

• Electrical interlocking is achievable only via the module’s terminals for DILM contactors.

• Wiring kits DILM -XRL and PKZM-XRM are incompatible with this module.
