Siemens – 6ES7 134‑0HF01‑0XB0 – ET 200B Analog Input Module, 4× AI, 0/4–20 mA
The Siemens 6ES7 134‑0HF01‑0XB0 is a 16 cm-wide analog input module for the ET 200B distributed I/O system. It provides four fast-response analog inputs configurable for current (0–20 mA, 4–20 mA) or voltage (±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V, ±1.25 V) signals with 12-bit resolution and 5 ms total cycle time. While discontinued since October 1, 2017, it remains fully compatible as a spare part in legacy Profibus-DP automation environments.
