The FAAC 844 is a rugged, rack-and-pinion or chain-driven slide gate operator designed for residential, commercial, and industrial use. Available in both 120 VAC and 230 VAC versions, the unit includes a microprocessor-based steel control panel (780D), manual release, inductive limit-switches, oil-immersed motor/gearbox, and adjustable mechanical clutch, delivering reliable operation with integrated safety features.
